Shipping policy

Items will be shipped within 3 business days of placing an order.

For customers in Canada, all packages will be sent via Canada Post. By default, parcels will be shipped via XpressPost 2 day shipping and include tracking. Items that can fit in an envelope, such as earrings, will be sent by Lettermail which does NOT include tracking. Shipping takes about a week within Canada.

Packages travelling to the US will be shipped via USPS.

International packages will be sent via Canada Post. International packages will be sent without tracking and via boat by default which can take up to 2 or 3 months.
